Our Purpose
We’re not a typical nutrition school. We exist to push the boundaries of functional skin nutrition and equip practitioners with tools and interventions grounded in real science, not opinion or marketing hype. Our approach emphasises botanical nutrition, bioactive nutrients and phytochemicals that play a measurable role in cellular health, inflammation regulation, hydration, oxidative defence and age-reversal pathways.
Rather than relying on quick fixes or supplement trends, our curriculum dives deeply into how nutrients and functional foods influence metabolic pathways, immune balance and gene expression — all of which directly impact skin structure and function. You’ll learn how botanical compounds and other bioactives influence collagen formation, barrier integrity, hormonal modulation and inflammatory balance.
