I did not know how nutritionally dense the Polyphenols and flavanols in cacao beans were and how good that would be for the skin. I wasn’t aware of how the beans were dried not roasted, that makes all the difference.How cacao butter paste is probably the richest product, and cocoa powder the healthiest.
