When does the course start?

The All Access Pass is instant access to all current courses, toolkits and library. As soon as pay your fees you'll be automatically enrolled to our online classroom and student portal and can start your training immediately.  You'll also be able to make use of all the facilities:
  • The community area for discussion groups and friendship
  • The 'best resources' area for all of your saved notes and access to our science library
  • There's a 'start' page which has our orientation video to help you navigate around the website and use all of the facilities. 

What support do I get while studying?

We have a very sophisticated student portal that runs on multi-award winning software Learnworlds. Once enrolled you have full access to all of the features and facilities. Student support is offered in multiple ways:

Is it accredited?

As a school we are proud to be accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine) and the IGCT (International Guild of Complementary Therapists) the which means a 3rd-party organisation has reviewed our course materials and verified them as being of a suitable standard for a practitioner.

As a graduate YOU will be eligible  to join IPHM and IGCT and be listed on their register And you’ll have access to deals on your professional indemnity insurance.

How long will it take to finish?

Each course within this membership has its own timeline. Some course will take you a day to complete and other course may take several weeks. The Diplomas will take many months.

This is a LIFETIME membership with new courses and toolkits being added constantly - it's designed to grow with you so you always stay ahead of any competition and stay in touch with your own learning and what is current with the science.

What happens after I've paid?

Once you've enrolled you'll be prompted to create your login and password so you can access our Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). Once inside you can move around and access everything you need:
  • There's a course area where your courses will be
  • There's a community area for discussion groups and friendship
  • There's a 'best resources' area for all of your saved notes and access to our science library
  • There's a 'start' page which has our orientation video to help you navigate around the website and use all of the facilities.

Can I get a refund?

The course is instant access and you've got 48 hours to review the course material and request a refund (you can do this via email or click the 'ask the instructor' button inside the course menu).

 Please note refunds can't be given once you've started to complete modules so of you're unsure about the courses have a look at the material first but don't complete or submit any quizzes, tests or assignments.

Every FUTURE self-study online courses - diplomas and certificates - are included in your All Access Pass

What's NOT included:

Any live workshops (although replays will be included in the All Access Pass)

Any live in-person events such as 1-day trainings around the world or conferences. All Access Pass holders get a VIP discount and first look at tickets.

The Facelift Diet Licensed Coach diploma is not included as it's a live 1-year program that is application only. All Access Pass holders will get their AAP fees taken off the cost of this diploma if they apply.

Are there exams? How is it assessed?

Each of the courses in the Diploma are assessed in various ways

  • Fun interactive lesson quizzes
  • Module tests
  • Final exam (for each specific course)
  • Practical tasks (for example formulating a juice)

Is there a payment plan?

Yes, you can pay in 12 monthly instalments of $250 or 24 monthly instalments of $500. Here's how:

On the payment form you need to select t pay using your credit card (this symbol  ) then you'll see a dropdown box where you can select either:

  • Pay once (pay in full)
  • Payment plan (using your card
)

 Please note that this is a payment plan (also known as 'debt') and not a subscription. You cannot cancel as you are liable for the full payment of the membership if you renege on your payment plan.

What course credits will I get?

Each courses and class comes with it's own specifc set of course credits which will be shown on each certificate you earn.

 For example the Holistic Beauty Medicine Diploma approximately equal to 55CPD* Hours and 5 CEU**

These credits will be visible on your printable certificate when you pass your final exam and graduate from the course

*CPD: Continuing Professional Development (also known as CE - continuing Education)
**CEU: Continuing Education Unit
